8-Weeks-Course: Manage Stress in 8 Weeks We will meet once a week for 8 weeks for your regular mindful time-out. We will discuss personal challenges together and use mindfulness exercises to strengthen your resilience. The course takes place live on site at Mannhardtstr. 6, 80538 Munich. You can also take part in the course online - but this is not covered by health insurance (the health insurances certification is valid for in presence participation). Through mindfulness exercises guided by me, you will reduce inner restlessness and stress and develop a mindful attitude towards your body, mind and soul. As a result, you will find your full inner strength, feel more connected with yourself and live a much more conscious life. This course consists of 8 x 90 minutes, which are structured as follows: Breathing exercises: At the beginning of each class, we start with slowing breathing exercises so that you can come fully into yourself and let go of everyday stress. Theory section: In the theory section, I explain how you can be healthy and mindful with yourself, your body, your mind and your emotions. I will also give you lots of examples from my coaching sessions and courses. Light stretching: With light stretching and physical exercises, we loosen up the back and neck muscles so that the tension of the day can be released. You can wear normal clothes for these exercises. Mindful exchange: In each session, we mindfully share personal issues & challenges in small groups of 2 or 3. Guided meditation: We will end each session with a guided meditation that focuses on a specific topic per session. It will help you to perceive your thoughts objectively, let go of negative thoughts and connect with yourself in a relaxed way. You can get a first impression of my guided meditations in my blog category ‘Meditations’. Workbook: You will receive a digital workbook that summarises the most important points and exercises. What do you need? No previous experience necessary. You will also need a mat, a (meditation) cushion and a blanket if you want to lie down during meditation. This course is supported by German health insurance companies. You are welcome to clarify with your health insurance company what proportion they will cover.
